1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the detroitfuels.com website or placing an order with Detroit Star Fuel Trading L.L.C., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any order-specific terms confirmed at checkout.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Prices displayed on the site, including the live rate comparison, are indicative and may fluctuate with the market. The price shown at checkout at the time of order confirmation is the price that applies to that order.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is calculated and shown separately at checkout.
3. Orders & Delivery
Orders are subject to product availability, minimum order quantities per product, and confirmed delivery slots. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith and may vary due to traffic, site access, or operational constraints.
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and compliant access to the delivery site and fuel storage tanks.
4. Payments
Payment may be made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer, as offered at checkout. Corporate accounts with approved credit terms may be invoiced per their agreed payment terms.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended free of charge before dispatch. Once a tanker has been dispatched, cancellation may incur a service charge to cover logistics costs already committed.
6. Liability
Detroit Star Fuel Trading L.L.C. supplies fuel in accordance with UAE market quality standards. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
