Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once a tanker has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations may be subject to a logistics service charge, deducted from the refunded amount.

3. Quality or Quantity Disputes

If delivered fuel does not match the confirmed order quantity or product specification, contact Detroit Star Fuel Trading L.L.C. within 24 hours of delivery. Verified discrepancies will be corrected via re-delivery, credit note, or refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available once fuel has been successfully delivered and accepted at the delivery site, except where a verified quality or quantity issue applies.

5. How to Request a Refund
